**Position Summary**

**What you’ll do**:

- Fully understand the functionality of multiple systems to identify issues, create test scenarios and detect opportunities for improvement
- Maintain automation framework and develop new automation scripts to enhance quality and reduce manual work
- Provide recommendations as to the severity and impact of identified technical issues
- Write, execute and validate test cases, documenting results and creating any required defects assigning to the development team for review. Test cases may be executed on a variety of technologies including desktop, mobile, telephony and 3rd party
