Printer & CNC Operator

**Job Title**:Wide Format Digital Printer/Laminator/CNC Machine Operator
**Department**:Production
Responsible for operating a wide format flatbed printer, lamination equipment and CNC machine. The operator loads files for output and will ensure the jobs follow the work order specifications.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reviews and comprehends work orders and verifies stock inventory and used as specified
- Detail oriented and accurate; highly organized and possess the ability to track multiple projects at a time
- Need to meet client deadlines
- Ability to re-prioritize and respond to changing demands
- Pulls specs, verifies colors, stock and special instructions
- Proven effectiveness when working under pressure
- Understands print work orders and work flow to ensure production is running according to specifications
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork records, documents, etc.
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations including housekeeping standards
- Keep up on inventory of substrates, supplies, ink, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Maintains daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on wide format printer, lamination machine and CNC machine
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in printing operation in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be willing to go on job site when required to assist with installation
- Must have proper understanding of RIP Software
- Set-up, operate and perform preventative maintenance on press daily, weekly & monthly
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high energy and challenging environment
- Fluent in English with verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Willingness to be a cross-functional employee that can work with multiple teams within the organization
- Ability to perform all essential functions of this job as expected by management
- Ability to run all machinery (Digital Printer, CNC Machine, Laminator)
- File to print experience on PC/Mac platforms, and RIP
- Regularly required to stand for long periods of time and constant use of hands
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 lbs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
