**Description:
**We are looking for a persuasive and winning proposal writer to join our team. The proposal writer’s responsibilities include gathering information, formatting the information according to our company’s policies and the Request for Proposals (RFP) documentation, and sending the proposal to the appropriate source.

To be successful as a proposal writer, you should be articulate, have excellent written communication skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. Ultimately, a top-notch proposal writer should be consistent, detail-oriented, and able to write in a factual, convincing manner.

Our proposal needs tend to fluctuate from week to week and month to month and we are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work within our proposal team.

**Tasks**
- Lead the technical writing of all proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualifications, Expressions of Interest, etc.
- Coordinate and manage MPE branded submission documents.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and key staff regarding content of the proposals.
- Writing technical content for the proposals and other branded documentation.
- Proof-reading / editing.
- Assisting with preparation of presentations and other documents.
- Developing and updating corporate resumes, project profiles, etc.
- Organizing and filing proposal materials (photos, project profiles, resumes, etc.).

**Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in engineering, architecture, or construction industry.
- Experience writing proposals in the engineering sector.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Software.
- Excellent writing and proof-reading skills
