Responsabilités principales
Relevant du (de la) directeur(trice) adjoint(e), programmation musicale de l’OSM, le (la) RESPONSABLE, ARTISTES INVITÉS assiste le (la) directeur(trice) adjoint(e), programmation musicale dans le suivi des contrats d’engagement des artistes en fonction des objectifs artistiques et du budget des opérations artistiques. Il (elle) coordonne l’encadrement relatif aux séjours des artistes invités. Il (elle) réalise en outre ses activités courantes dans le respect des valeurs et attitudes souhaitées.

Rôles et responsabilités
1. Assister le (la) directeur(trice) adjoint(e), programmation musicale dans ses fonctions en lien avec la programmation, suivis de dossiers et échéanciers, et de liens avec les artistes et les agents de façon à contribuer à la réalisation des saisons musicales;
2. Effectuer toute la logistique requise pour accueillir les artistes et solistes;
3. Finaliser et coordonner tous les horaires de répétition des chefs invités et solistes;
4. Effectuer tous les suivis requis des contrats d’artistes invités;
5. Voir à la préparation des contrats d’artistes et solistes et documents d’appoint et en effectuer tous les suivis requis : rédiger, acheminer, archiver et faire le suivi des contrats-maison et des lettres d’ententes;
6. Assurer la gestion budgétaire en lien avec le séjour et voyages des artistes;
7. Coordonner, en collaboration avec le service à la clientèle de l'OSM, les demandes de billets de faveurs des artistes et collaborateurs;
8. Assurer une présence (accueil) auprès des solistes et/ou artistes invités lors des concerts de l’OSM (concerts spéciaux, hors-série) et voir à son remplacement si nécessaire;
9. Assurer un suivi avec les artistes suite à leur séjour (suivi du paiement du cachet, revue de presse);
10. Effectuer toutes les communications et suivis requis en lien avec les agents des artistes tout en informant son (sa) directeur(trice) de toutes modifications;
11. Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.
Exigences demandées
- Diplôme d'études universitaires de 1er cycle dans une discipline appropriée ou l'équivalent;
- Expérience pertinente de 3 à 5 ans dans une fonction similaire;
- Connaissance de la musique classique, un atout;
- Communication verbale et écrite efficiente (anglais et français);
- Expérience en coordination;
- Bonne maitrise de la Suite Office;
- Disponibilité les soirs et fin de semaine.
