Patterson Dental is looking for a determined and resourceful person to join its dynamic warehouse inventory return team. The warehouse return team follow guidelines for return management of product inventory. They can also perform a variety of functions to include cycle counts, inventory adjustment, etc. Under the supervision of the team leader, they will execute, according to directions, tasks such as:
**Major Duties**:
Returns
- Processes returned merchandise from customers or vendors from start to finish.
- Work with SAP on customer returns, review compliance with return policy, communicate with customers for the RMA number and shipment label, to ensure processing is properly completed.
- Work with Branch CSR for unapproved return request.
- Work with inventory clerk on the physical return of the goods.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer and sales team requests, complaints and inquiries.
- Provide internal and external customers with updated information and status on requests or transactions including order status on delivery schedules and/or delays.
- Complete all tasks or assignments in a high quality, accurate, timely and compliant manner.

**Job qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites software is a plus.
- SAP knowledge is a must.
- Comprehensive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
- Ability to work in a disciplined and professional manner.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Ability to read, write and count.

Patterson Dentaire est à la recherche d'une personne déterminée et débrouillarde pour se joindre à son équipe dynamique de retour des stocks en entrepôt. Les membres de l’équipe de retour en entrepôt suivent les directives relatives à la gestion des retours de stocks de produits. Ils peuvent également accomplir diverses tâches dont les inventaires cycliques, l'ajustement des stocks, etc. Sous la supervision du chef d'équipe, ils exécuteront, selon les directives, des tâches telles que:
**Fonctions essentielles**:
Retours
- Traiter les marchandises retournées par les clients ou les fournisseurs du début à la fin.
- Travailler avec SAP sur les retours clients, vérifier la conformité avec la politique de retour, communiquer avec le client pour obtenir le numéro RMA et l'étiquette d'expédition, afin de s'assurer que le traitement est correctement effectué.
- Travailler avec le responsable du service à la clientèle de la succursale pour les demandes de retour non approuvées.
- Travailler avec le commis à l'inventaire sur le retour physique des marchandises.
- Répondre rapidement et professionnellement à toutes les demandes, plaintes et demandes de renseignements des clients et de l'équipe des ventes.
- Fournir aux clients internes et externes des informations à jour sur l'état des demandes ou des transactions, y compris l'état des commandes sur les calendriers de livraison et/ou les retards.
- Recevoir, traiter et confirmer toutes les communications par téléphone ou courriel de sorte que les normes de qualité soient respectées ou dépassées.
- Accomplir toutes les tâches ou affectations avec qualité, précision, dans les délais impartis et conformément aux règles en vigueur.

**Formation et compétences**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent préféré.
- Une expérience avec les logiciels Microsoft Office Suites est un atout.
- La connaissance de SAP est indispensable.
- Compétences approfondies en matière de résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation, de priorisation et de gestion du temps.
