**Adfast is currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk - Reception**
Reporting to the Intra-Logistics Supervisor, the Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving goods according to the established procedures, transferring them to various departments, according to the daily requirements, and ensuring truck transport between various buildings.
**Working Conditions**
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, Hours for first months are day shift, which can vary between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm, but will be fixed once determined. Must be open to night shifts for the next months after.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
Receiving Merchandises:
- Unload trucks;
- Check delivery documents, missing quantities, conditions of goods and refuse damaged goods;
- Check items received in accordance with purchase orders;
- Label good if necessary;
- Ship merchandise to appropriate storage locations;
- Notify buyers (if necessary) of product arrival;
- Transport documents from reception to the person in charge to data entry to the ERP system (On a daily basis at the end of the day);
Transfer of goods:
- Print requirements list each day
- Prepare materials and bring them into SS factory and Silicone factory according to the established schedule and according to the list of materials received each day and place them in the appropriate locations;
- Bring back materials from the SS factory daily and place them in the appropriate locations;
- Place materials returning from the Silicone factory in the appropriate locations;
- Drive motorized vehicles and operate accessories required to perform work;
- Load, unload, and handle the contents of one’s vehicle using appropriate equipment and dispose of it as directed.
- Handle, transport, and use appropriate tools, equipment and materials, see the maintenance and cleanliness of the working areas;
- Any other related tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a completed high school diploma.;
- Possess a minimum of three (3) years experience in the warehouse;
- Possess a valid forklift driving license;
- Ability to work physically for several hours;
- Possess good computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Office);
- Bilingualism required (French and English).
**Skills Required**:
- Demonstrate dynamism and positivism;
- Ability to adapt to change;
- Demonstrate autonomy, proactivity and versatility;
- Disposition to work independently or as part of a team;
- Have a good knowledge of OHS;
- Have good aptitudes and an interest in manual/physical work.
First months: Day shift; Hours may vary between 6:30a.m. and 6:00p.m., but will be fixed once determined.
Next months: Night shift; Hours may vary between 5:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m., but will be fixed once determined.
