**Job Summary**

Primarily responsible for managing of overall fulfillment process and developing and implementing a plan of action to protect and improve the Bank’s position on larger, more complex distressed loans through negotiating satisfactory repayment schedules, obtaining additional collateral, restructuring facilities as appropriate and recovering impaired loan through Power of Sale, SOC and/or settlements.

**ResponsibilitiesAnd Duties**

**Management of Fulfillment**
- Review pre-funding conditions (Newly added)
- Manage overall fulfillment process of the bank (Newly added)
- Prepare Loan Instruction to the solicitor and review draft of Loan Agreement* (Prepared by the
- Branch and Reviewed by Underwriter in Credit Department—Underwriting & Adjudication, and then directed to the Credit Department—Administration and Recoveries.
- In terms of legal draft review, the legal document draft will no longer reviewed by the bank as other F.I. does not review the legal draft documents and title insurance covers on any issues in charge of mortgages as well as documentation mistakes from legal representative.
- Review a key data input from the Branches once the loan(s) are disbursed.

**Management of problem loans**
- Establish action plans to recover impaired loans transferred to Head Office
- Make suggestions regarding exit plans
- Initiate legal actions against the property; contact with bank’s solicitor and monitor the progress
- Review overdue reports and post management reports
- Manage written-off claims

**Management of specific allowance**

**Review on Reporting**
- Review reports for parent bank and board of directors on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Monthly Impaired/Overdue Loan Report
- Various reports to parent bank

**Skills**
- **Computer Skills**:Extensive knowledge of multiple functions on Word and Excel software
- **Communication Skills**:Proficient in both English and Korean
