Support the Market Strategy Manager(s) with current year fiscal strategies and partner with Customer Teams to customize/commercialize the strategies for strong external execution and success in the marketplace (HWW Role Mandate: Strategic liaison between BU and sales to ensure flawless SRM/trade execution and results)

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**SRM Planning Tracking & Measurement within Current Fiscal Year**
- Provides analytic, trade planning, and trade systems support to advance Business Unit and Categorical growth with our customers
- Establish/leverage in year SRM Targets (RNS, RNS/Eqv, GM, GM Rate, Trade Rate, ASC/ASP, QM) based off SRM Plan
- SRM initiative post analysis leveraging available Tools (i.e. Trade Strategy Tracker)
- RSP/FSP, promo wks, ad hits, lift assessment, slopes, display/SPPK, ASC/ASP, RNS/Eqv tracking inclusive of Established and NPI (starting from end of SRM Planning Cycle)
- Track monthly inflation and share reporting for the organization

**SRM Go to Market Strategies Commercialization and Execution within Current Fiscal Year**
- Supporting BU customer centricity as a key connection point to sales (i.e. ensure GMCC strategies are consumer focused and customer centric)
- SRM Strategy in market execution of commercialization plan and understanding of where SRM strategies may need to pivot (gap closure/action planning)
- Effectiveness and measurement of SRM strategies as it relates to the PEAK & Sub-PEAK Planning/Reporting Process -> contributes to R&O list
- Supports trade strategy optimization (frequency, depth, and instore conditions including flyer/display)
- Competitive Merch Plans tracking and impact to GMCC Plan/R&O
- Tracking QM Amplification plan, pricing (i.e. multi’s EDLPs) and partner with Sales on trade reco process
- Channel strategy (including Costco)/product assortment/distribution improvement planning (in partnership with BU/Sales)
- Contribute to development of Consumer/Customer Promotions GTM strategy w/ BU (PPGS, price point, spend, SPPK tgts)
- Lead monthly connects with sales partners (one on national strategy, one per customer team)
- Support necessary demand shaping to maximize supply efficiency and service (i.e. case fill) and proactive clearout to maximize PNL health
- Lead weekly service communication to Sales partners

**Driver SRM Levers In Current Fiscal Year to offset PNL Inflation (Customer and COGS) and maximize PNL health (RNS, GM, GM%)**
- Support: In Year Trade Strategy Optimization, Net Pricing, Market Harmony Strategies
- Achieve pricing targets (direct through carlot/fsp, or indirect through PPA)
- Support: Terms (MNU, Slip, Listing Fees, Agreements) and Product/Channel Mix
- Support: NAR (Trade Planning) / Canada (Market Strategy) Integration and Synergies

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Stress-resistant, & adaptable to a fast pace moving / dynamic working environment, possessing the ability to move with agility
- Ability to manage and balance a full/busy calendar with the deliverables of the desk
- Tenacity, sense of urgency, and bias for getting things done in a timely manner (works with pace)
- Strong strategic thinking & business acumen, analytical & execution skills
- Strong project management and ability to prioritize (well organized)
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate well across cross functional teams and the org
- Strong communicator (excellent command of verbal and written skills)
- Self-motivated and can-do spirit
- Proficiency in excel with knowledge of formulas like lookups, pivot tables etc.
- A degree holder in Marketing/Business or related discipline
- At least 1 years with Sales OR Sales/MSRM Finance experience in FMCG industry
