**Responsibilities**:
**Production Planning & Coordination**
- Develop and manage production priority plans, collaborating with the Production teams to ensure efficient output and communicate scheduling challenges.
- Schedule production based on capacity and labour schedules, considering project types and different production schedules.
- Provide insights and reporting on different project types in production and labour schedules for efficient order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to prioritize orders, schedule VIP orders, and for timely fulfillment.
- Forecast fulfillment timelines based on open orders and production labour.

**Document Management & Worksheet Support**
- Manage all production schedules and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Production Planning and Inventory.
- Maintain inventory records, training materials, and generate planning & inventory reports.
- Assist in logistics operations by following production schedules, checking assemblies and inventory levels, and assigning lot numbers.
- Input lot numbers on Sales Orders and Worksheets, create and update assemblies, and generate Bulk Order worksheets.
- Create new worksheets from templates and for practitioners, and address exceptions such as unusual capsule types or fillers.

**Internal Inventory Management**
- Plan, monitor, and oversee inventory levels for bases, filled capsules, and stock items to ensure optimal levels.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for all inventory items, including bases, filled capsules, and stock products.
- Develop and manage reorder points for pre-compounded items, generate reports, analyze inventory data, and forecast inventory needs to facilitate efficient inventory management.
- Identify trends, assess inventory performance, and recommend improvements to optimize internal inventory management processes.
- Flag procurement or purchasing requirements to replenish inventory as necessary to maintain smooth operations.
- **Requirements and Attributes**:_
- Bachelor degree with 3+ years experience in a Production environment.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with QuickBooks is an asset.
- Strong business acumen, possessing strong analytical skills to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Utilizes problem-solving skills to address challenges efficiently.
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to thrive in dynamic work settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, while also capable of independent work.
- Demonstrates sound decision-making skills in various situations.

This is a full time (40 hours/week) permanent opportunity. Hours are 9am - 5pm with two (2) weeks’ vacation per year along with personal days, benefits after three months and a Deferred Profit-Sharing Program to further enhance your financial wellness.
