Morgan Creek golf course seeks the services of a responsible and experienced **FIRST COOK**

This role with require 2-4 years of relevant experience in a high volume, contemporary commercial kitchen.

- Are able to execute food orders on time, keep wastage to a minimum, and be able to follow recipes

Job Duties:

- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
