Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest quality standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training and Supervision: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
