Optimil Machinery is a manufacturer of sawmill equipment and other related machinery. We are a family-run company and have been in business for over 35 years. We manufacture a wide variety of steel and aluminum parts. Our facility has a variety of different machine centres, all engaged in making high speed processing equipment for the forest industry.

We are looking for a motivated painter/sandblaster to join our operation.

Duties: - sandblast and paint heavy industrial equipment pieces as necessary.
- keep paint work area tidy and organized.
- must be able to distinguish between colours and shades.
- must be able to multitask and work on multiple jobs concurrently.

Must be physically fit, be able to lift 50 lbs, have excellent communication skills, be extremely organized, have mechanical aptitude, and be willing to learn.

Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is an asset.

Afternoon shift runs 3:30-1:30 am

We offer a competitive wage and benefits package.

You must have reliable transportation, as transit to this area is limited.

**Salary**: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
