Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Aircraft Painter is responsible for the following:
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the proper handling and maintenance of their painting equipment by checking nozzles for damage, conducting fluid check prior to shift.
- Knowledge of safety equipment regarding the chemicals used in the area.
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of secondary school graduation diploma or equivalent
- Possession of a BC or Interprovincial journeyman designation as an Industrial Painter or Automotive Painter an asset
- Previous experience as spray painter and/or paint technician in an industrial environment is a definite asset
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various manuals, procedures, blueprints, instructions and graphs
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
