RMUS Canada is looking for a key team member for our growing Mississauga based team. The UAV Setup and Logistics Technician role is for someone who loves robots, especially of the flying variety, and it great at tinkering. Ideally you will be a UAV Pilot and maybe even have some experience in commercial UAV operations. This role will see plenty of flying (and driving ) robots. You will be allowed (and encouraged) to fly commercial missions for third party service providers to keep current.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to get into the Robotics space and loves to tinker and build things. Ability to work with checklists and be a fast learner is key to success and will set you up for longer term advancement at RMUS and beyond. You will be required to track and manage parts inventory, and learn our shipping systems to ensure that customers get their gear on time and fully functional.

The role:

- Setup, assembly and flight testing of customer units
- Packing and preparing customer units for shipment
- Technical Support and Service for RMUS Customers on hardware including: DJI, Parrot, Boston Dynamics, AirData and others
- Repair and maintenance of customer units
- Technical support for sales team
- Demo flights

RMUS Will provide:

This position reports to the Service Manager and is a full time position.
- Technical certificate in Electronics or robotics from a college or vocational institute.
- Service Technician experience in diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- An impeccable communication style - you have exceptional and proven written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present compellingly.

Not required but would be an asset:

- TC Advanced flight certificate (basic at minimum).
- Commercial UAS Repair experience.
- Commercial UAS flight experience.
- Understanding of RF communications and networks.
- Proficiency in a second or third language.
- Experience building ground ro

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
