We make customized books. Our work includes printing, trimming paper, sorting pages, punching holes for different binding types, binding the pages and/or gluing them into covers, adding accessories, verifying the quality of each book and then packaging the finished product.
IS THIS YOU?
- Enjoy working with your hands;
- Have a good eye for colours;
- Have a background related to the arts;
- Comfortable with small mechanical machines and tools;
- Have supervised small groups of employees before;
- Would prefer a job with no customer contact;
- Comfortable standing for long periods;
- Ideally between 30 and 45 years old
THE JOB
A mix of hands-on production work, supervising employees and ensuring quality control.
We’re looking for a supervisor to perform the following duties:
1. Share production tasks;
2. Supervise the (self-managing) employees.
3. Verify the quality of finished products and package them carefully

No direct previous experience in this field is required, but experience with other hands-on work is likely to be an asset.

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
