Technicien en automatisation - Fabrication

Relevant de notre directeur de la fabrication, vous serez un professionnel qualifié responsable de la construction, de l'assemblage et de l'essai des machines utilisées dans les environnements de production. Situé dans l'ouest de l'île de Montréal, nous avons un poste à pourvoir immédiatement pour un technicien en automatisation à temps plein qui peut également voyager pour soutenir et entretenir les machines de nos clients nord-américains.

PallayPack se spécialise dans la conception, le développement et la livraison d'équipements de haute qualité pour nos clients de l'industrie pharmaceutique. En tant que membre de notre équipe, vous rejoindrez un groupe de professionnels innovants, dévoués et animés par une vision commune.

Avoir un minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants
- Expérience en assemblage
- Expérience en machinerie
- Assemblage mécanique
- Assemblage pneumatique
- Expérience de l'inspection de la qualité des machines et de la conduite d'essais

Exigences:

- Capacité à lire des dessins mécaniques et à suivre des plans d'assemblage
- Capacité à travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et dans un environnement d'équipe collaboratif.
- Capacité à dépanner des assemblages individuels et des machines.
- Une expérience dans le domaine de l'entretien des équipements commerciaux est fortement souhaitée.
- Représenter l'entreprise de manière professionnelle
- Capable de voyager en Amérique du Nord pour des installations et des services d'assistance (passeport valide requis).
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement en anglais et en français

**Automation Technician - Manufacturing**

Reporting to our Manufacturing Manager you will be a skilled professional responsible for the building, assembly and testing of machines used in production environments. Located in the West-Island of Montreal, we have an immediate opening for a full-time Automation Technician who can also travel to support and service machinery for our North American customers.

**PallayPack** specializes in the designing, developing and delivering of high-quality equipment for our customers in the pharmaceutical industry. As part of our team, you will be joining a group of professionals who are innovative, dedicated and driven by a shared vision.

Have a minimum of 2-3 year of experience in one or more of the following
- Assembly experience
- Machinery experience
- Mechanical assembly
- Pneumatic assembly
- Machine quality inspection and test running experience

**Requirements**:

- Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow assembly drawings
- Able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot individual assemblies and machines.
- Background in commercial equipment service, highly desirable
- Represent the company in a professional way
- Able to travel within North America for installations and service support (Valid Passport required)
- Able to communicate effectively in English and French

Pay: $22.82-$44.01 per hour
