Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough according to established recipes and standards
- Measure and mix ingredients
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, dishwashers, etc.
- Monitor dough consistency and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines during all stages of dough preparation
- Package dough for storage or distribution
- Weigh and roll dough to prepare for baking
- Prepare various glazes, toppings and fillings
- Assist with other food preparation tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 40 pounds)
**Salary**: From $17.25 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
