**What You'll Do Here**:

- Abrasive blasting on tanks, vessels and pipeline projects.
- Assist supervisors in field operations as required.
- Troubleshooting issues with field sandblast unit, compressor, blastpot, hose, etc.
- Select appropriate coating and mix as per manufacturers specifications.
- Testing the atmosphere and paint/coating thicknesses and filling out the required documentation.
- Holiday testing when required and filling out the proper documentation.
- Coordinate with onsite client representatives.
- Working safely and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Clean equipment and perform routine maintenance.
- Work in a safe and conscientious manner.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- 2+ years of directly related work experience operating various types of equipment.
- **NACE Level 2 is required**:

- Red Seal Painter certification is considered an asset.
- Experience with sandblasting and bristle blasting preferred.
- Experience running a plural component pump or an airless spray pump an asset.
- Experience with HV and LV holiday testing.
- Must be adept with two-part epoxies, zinc coatings, high temperature coatings, surface prep to all SPC surface prep classes.
- Requires thorough knowledge of lead abatement methods, protections, and testing for workers.
- Requires close attention to detail.
