UKG est à la recherche d’un ou une gestionnaire de produits d’expérience (contributeurs individuels) pour l’aider à faire passer ses offres d’intelligence artificielle et d’apprentissage automatique au niveau supérieur. Dans ce poste, vous aurez l’occasion de mettre en œuvre la stratégie visant à transformer des données considérables et puissantes en valeur tangible, en aidant les clients à réaliser des améliorations importantes dans leur rendement commercial centré sur les personnes grâce à des capacités de science des données.
Vous répondrez aux besoins et aux problèmes réels des clients grâce aux offres d’intelligence artificielle et d’apprentissage automatique de notre solution phare de la gamme de produits de gestion du capital humain d’UKG Pro. Vous avez la volonté et la capacité d’être la ou le leader éclairé(e) pour ravir les clients grâce à des renseignements novateurs sur le personnel destinés à éclairer les décisions de l’entreprise. Vous écoutez attentivement les clients et les parties prenantes internes, sans attendre qu’ils vous donnent toutes les réponses; vous les surprenez en proposant des idées novatrices auxquelles ils n’ont jamais pensé.
Responsabilités:

- En collaboration avec notre équipe de recherche et d’innovation, formuler la vision et la stratégie pour construire et fournir rapidement et de manière itérative des expériences de produits nouvelles ou améliorées alimentées par l’intelligence artificielle et l’apprentissage automatique, et les appliquer pour résoudre des cas d’utilisation dans l’ensemble de la gamme de produits d’UKG.
- Exploiter votre propre expertise, les pratiques exemplaires du secteur, les interactions avec les clients, les contributions des parties prenantes internes et la veille concurrentielle comme base de l’orientation du produit et de la prise de décision.
- Fournir des conseils analytiques et un encadrement aux responsables de produits d’UKG, dans le but d’améliorer la connaissance des données dans l’ensemble de l’organisation et de susciter l’enthousiasme pour ce que l’intelligence artificielle et l’apprentissage automatique peuvent faire pour ajouter de la valeur aux clients d’UKG et pour différencier les produits d’UKG de ceux de la concurrence.
- Élargir davantage le champ des fonctionnalités du produit grâce aux travaux d’UKG sur l’intelligence artificielle générative dans le cadre de l’UKG Bryte AI.
- Développer une expertise en matière de ressources de données dans l’ensemble de la gamme de produits d’UKG et utiliser ces connaissances pour accélérer la mise en marché des fonctionnalités d’intelligence artificielle et d’apprentissage automatique.
- Entretenir une collaboration étroite avec les spécialistes de la science des données, les équipes de produits et d’ingénierie responsables de la mise en œuvre de nos offres. Leur offrir l’orientation, les conseils et l’aide pour la rédaction et la gestion des feuilles de route détaillées sur les produits qui permettent de mettre en œuvre l’intelligence artificielle et l’apprentissage automatique dans la gamme de produits d’UKG.

Exigences

Exigences mínimales
- Expérience démontrée dans la création ou la fourniture de fonctionnalités d’intelligence artificielle et d’apprentissage automatique dans un environnement de logiciel-service (SaaS), interentreprises de préférence.
- Expérience de travail individuel avec autonomie et responsabilité dans la mise en place des caractéristiques du produit sur le marché.
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de produits, y compris l’élaboration de la feuille de route, la collaboration au sein d’équipes matricielles, la définition des besoins et la mise en marché.
- Connaissance pratique des écosystèmes de données et d’analyses sur les principales plateformes infonuagiques publiques comme GCP (de préférence), AWS et Azure; aisance à parler de sujets techniques en lien avec les opérations d’apprentissage automatique et du cycle de vie de la recherche et du développement en intelligence artificielle et en apprentissage automatique.
- Expérience pratique des plateformes et outils d’analyse modernes, y compris l’intelligence d’affaires conventionnelle et l’analyse avancée.
