London, Canada Braber Equipment Ltd Full time

Braber Equipment, a well-established manufacturer, distributer and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is looking to strengthen our sales team with an experienced **Outside Sales Representative **for Western Ontario.

This position will report to the Sales Manager in London, Ontario and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with agricultural and industrial dealers throughout the territory, as well as uncovering and growing new opportunities. A high percentage of travel, including overnight and extended trips, will be required for this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Development of the distribution network in Western Canada, building positive relationships with dealers and customers
- Develop and implement marketing strategies including field demonstrations and fairs
- Perform market analysis and demand-driven development of our products
- Onsite marketing, technical and operational training of authorized dealers and customers
- Provide service and customer support, as well as produce timely and detailed service reports
- Manage the sales territory, working closely with dealers and customers to generate sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction of our products
- Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations to dealers, customers, and prospects
- Plan, organize and participate at regional farm shows, dealer meetings and field training programs
- Attend field-related activities and other industry functions as required
- Review and manage sales volumes, market share, and dealer inventories
- Promote sales within region to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Consult with customers and identify appropriate solutions to address both current and anticipated future needs
- Estimate and quote equipment prices
- Maintain current product knowledge of all equipment, parts and services
- Prepare sales plans and daily reports
- Develop new accounts while successfully maintaining past accounts
- Educate customers about equipment through demonstrations
- Maintain knowledge of financing options to assist customers' financial needs
- Engage with dealership personnel in completing sales
- Monitor and communicate any competitive activity to management

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Excellent English communication in both written and oral
- Farm and/or agricultural equipment experience
- Ability to travel throughout the territory on a regular basis
- Post-secondary education preferred, in business or mechanical trade
- Proven ability to manage a large sales territory
- Ability to work autonomously, flexible and highly service-oriented
- Technical aptitude and mechanically inclined
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
- Self-motivated; positive can-do and results-oriented attitude
- Exceptional inter-personal communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problems and provide solutions
- Sales experience in the agriculture industry
- Valid drivers' license with a clean driving record
- 3-5 years territory management experience in the agriculture equipment industry or related field is an asset
