SAP PM-CS, SD Functional Analyst - Contract position in Surrey (Hybrid):

**SAP PM-CS, SD Functional Analyst** with our client

**contract opportunity**.

**Role Description**:
In this role, you will work as a team member of the logistics team within the Application Support department to provide functional and technical internal consulting to support business unit processes and related information technologies, including our customer relationship and billing solutions modules. As part of the Application Support team within Information Systems (IS), you’ll offer support and leadership for project management, systems sustainment, and issue resolution.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop an understanding of and provide support to Operations in:

- SAP SD and PM-CS modules.
- Support troubleshooting issues and provide end-user assistance to support business units.
- Analyze business requests and recommend options and solutions.
- Configure SAP SD and PM-CS modules to deliver project results.
- Analyze business enhancement requests and develop solution options.
- Recommend new innovative technology solutions to support the objectives of our business units.
- Collaborate with other teams within IS and our Company to support our project initiatives and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree or diploma of technology in computer science or a related business area from a recognized program.
- A minimum of five years of recent technical support experience in SAP Logistics modules (PM-CS, SD, MM) or SAP IS-U modules, an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
- SAP Certification in Logistics PM-CS or SD module or several years of consulting experience is highly desirable.
- An excellent collaborator with solid communication skills who works well with others.
- A forward-thinker who is solutions-oriented and customer-centric when working with various groups.
- An analytical individual with a skill for developing effective and efficient processes.
- A deadline-driven mentality with the ability to juggle multiple projects at any given time.
