- AssistantWe are looking for a pharmacy assistants or technicians with experience or smart and fast learner who want to build a career in retail pharmacy to join our new pharmacy in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. **Key responsibilities of a Pharmacy Assistant include**:

- Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling,
- Data entry of patient care information into Kroll,
- Third Party adjudication (if necessary),
- Accurate dispensing prescription medications,
- Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control systems,
- Handling customer prescription pick up,
- Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or desire to learn new skills
- Experience with Kroll Pharmacy System is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation;
- Strong communication skills;
- Demonstrated customer service experience;
- Strong motivation to succeed;
- Proficient computer/data/entry skills.

**WORK HOURS**:

- Flexible schedule with some evenings & weekends

**COMPENSATION**:

- Competitive compensation package including benefits based on experience.
- At least a year of Kroll experience will an added advantage
