Sales Representative

Incumbent
- **II. Position Summary**
- Responsible for the direct selling of all products offered by Integra Tire. The profitable sale of all tire products both new tires and retreads is the primary focus of the Sales Representative activities.

**III. Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greet Customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner and look after their needs and concerns to the best of your ability.
- Call on existing accounts with regular frequency based on the potential of the account and the amount of service required to ensure that the account is maintained.
- Follow up with your customers that have purchased product or services within the last week and ensure that their Customer Service Experience was acceptable and take remedial action if it was not.
- Call on new accounts to increase market share and generate additional business.
- Personally visit the place of business of each of your Commercial Accounts on a regular basis to meet with the customers to determine if the customer’s requirements are being met in a satisfactory manner and to find out if there are other services or products that could be provided.
- Maintain a daily record of calls made along with any pertinent information regarding the customer’s requirements.
- On an ongoing basis inform management about any competitive activity relevant to your territory.
- Answer telephones in a courteous and helpful manner when necessary according to the Integra Tire customer service standards.
- Uphold the Integra Tire image in all dealings with Customers and while driving company vehicles.
- Even when we are not able to directly help a customer treat them in a manner that makes us the first business they call when they need our products and services.
- Wear appropriate Corporate approved clothing.
- Be able to operate the computer storefront procedures as taught by the store assistant manager or manager.
- Perform his/her duties in a safety conscious manner that protects all employees and customers from injury and/or damage to property, both company and 3'd party.
- Provide assistance to co-workers on an ongoing basis as and when required.
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Other duties as assigned

- Reports to Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager

**V. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Ability to work with colleagues in a co-operative manner
- Ability to deal with the public
- Must be physically capable of performing the duties and responsibilities as described
- Sales and marketing experience
- Computer training and experience
- Good communication skills
- Inventory and expense control
- Valid Yukon Driver’s License required
