Commercial Truck Equipment is looking to add an experienced full-time permanent **Parts Person **to our Edmonton, AB team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide prompt and courteous service for walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
- Return telephone calls promptly and keep customers informed of progress
- Interpret parts manuals and technical updates
- Contact suppliers to clarify pricing and delivery information
- Generate and provide accurate all-inclusive quotes to customers
**Qualifications and Experience**
The successful applicant will have a mix of the following qualifications and experience. Commercial is looking for someone who has the experience to make a smooth transition into this position and hit the ground running.
- Five or more years of experience in parts administration would be an asset but not a deal breaker.
- Towing and recovery experience is a STONG asset.
- Valid Class-5 driver's license is mandatory, licensure above Class 5 is considered an asset. Driver’s Abstract will be a required condition of employment
- Strong computer skills including Office 365 and Excel, in particular, are required
- Knowledge of the truck or heavy equipment industry would be beneficial
- Past experience in the truck equipment industry considered a very valuable asset
- Commitment to providing outstanding internal/external customer service
- Ability to work both individually as well as in a team environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to safety, detail, and accuracy
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
