POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for shipping & receiving, as well as storage and retrieval of goods and materials in a safe, accurate and organized manner.

MAGINO MINE: The Magino Project is currently in pre-production with key construction milestones achieved. The first gold pour is scheduled in Q2 2023. Located in northern Ontario, Canada, 88 kms northeast of Wawa and approximately 14 kms southeast of the town of Dubreuilville, this site contains a historical underground gold mine, and tailings management facility ("TMF"). Argonaut Gold conducted a Feasibility Study in 2017 that examined mining the deposit using conventional open pit mining methods and extraction of gold from the ore using a 10,000 tonnes per day carbon-in-pulp ("CIP") mineral processing facility. Once commissioning has been completed, the Magino mine will produce approximately 150,000 ounces of gold per year during the first five years of production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide support to business units to verify that packing slips and invoices reconcile with service rendered and product received.
- Provide support to business units to generate receipts in SAP
- Liaison between business units and accounts payable.
- All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- A minimum of 2 years warehousing & logistics experience, preferably in the mining industry.
- Experience operating forklifts, loaders and tele-handlers as well as a valid Ontario driver’s license.
- SAP experience and barcode technology knowledge would be an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
