**As a Milling Machine Foreperson, You Will**:

- Be responsible to look after milling crew
- Operate & run ground controls on milling machine
- Maintain and monitor a desired depth/slope
- Ensure accurate & timely completion of required safety paperwork and work report submissions
- Practice due diligence to ensure that all jobs are done safely and efficiently
- Assist with and perform machinery maintenance as required
- Ensure the cleanliness of the equipment as per Miller standards
- Assist with executing float moves to and from worksites

**What You'll Bring**:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience around heavy equipment/crew supervising an asset
- Knowledge of grades: cross slope, super elevations, offset grades, swales etc.) is an asset
- Highway construction signage and safety awareness an asset
- Mechanical/welding experience is an asset
- Knowledge with computers/electric over hydraulic is an asset
- Team leader, willing to learn and train others in a fast pace environment
- Must have and maintain a team attitude** **& safe work ethics
- Ability to travel for a minimum of a week at a time in Atlantic Canada
- Willingness to work weekends as projects require
