JPM Payments Product organization is responsible for scaling and integrating payments platforms across Commercial Banking and the Corporate & Investment Bank, by defining the product strategy, segmenting clients and packing solutions against these segments, determining the end-to-end delivery strategy, managing product launches and enabling the sales teams. Liquidity Solutions is globally responsible for product management, marketing and sales of deposit products to Treasury Services ("TS") clients as well as management of the Treasury Services balance sheet. As Liquidity Product Manager for NA & LATAM Deposit Products, the product scope for this role includes: Interest Bearing Deposit Products for US accounts - interest bearing DDAs, Liquidity Management Accounts (LMAs), Brokered dealer deposits, US Overdraft product, and Canada Deposit products.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the daily balances and interest rate movements of Americas Deposit products
- Manage and track Market Rate Changes for Americas Deposit book
- Assist in monitoring and implementing managed client payouts for deposit products
- Monitor interest rate payout changes and Client deposit Pricing for US booked Interest bearing deposits and identify optimization and business growth opportunities
- Subject matter expert to our partners and clients on the deposit product set
- Platform owner for systems that house deposit product set - ECD, GLE, ODIN
- Streamline reporting and contribute to automation projects aimed at improving scalability
- Assist in the development of business requirements for technology initiatives - GLASS platform rebuilds
- Develop product marketing and sales materials to support existing product and new product launch activities
- Partner with Technology, Operations, Sales, Client Service, Risk, Legal and Compliance teams to support client's liquidity requirements

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 4 years' experience in banking, product management and financial analysis
- Undergraduate degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Banking knowledge, including knowledge of Treasury Services products and Liquidity product knowledge desired
- Strong partnership skills and ability to interact across different functions
- Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to partner well and work in a team environment
- Ability to work in pressure-oriented environment and able to handle multiple tasks
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, highly organized and strong problem-solving skills
