Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome customers who enter our showroom
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Schedule service appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks
- Directing sales inquiries while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service practices
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with data entry and basic office tasks
