### Who is ProNavigator?

ProNavigator is a venture-backed insurance technology company on an exciting growth path. We build software that helps insurance companies boost their operational efficiency, improve team satisfaction, and win more clients. ## What’s this role all about?

The Product Manager at ProNavigator is critical to shaping the direction of our products and ensuring alignment between client needs, market feedback and engineering team output. In this role you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop an understanding of user behaviours, industry operations and functionality requirements and working from ideation to launch to deliver new features and functionality in ProNavigator’s products.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to play an influential role in a company’s product offering and have a direct impact on the experience of a company’s users. You will have keen communication, collaboration and analytical skills and a mindset that keeps the end user at the heart of your decision-making process. You thrive in a fast-paced team focused on high performance and disrupting an industry with lots of opportunity to innovate.

Your accountabilities in this role will include:

- Leveraging various primary and secondary research sources to understand problem sets being faced by the Insurance industry and how best to address them
- Translate business requirements into technical product requirements, whether for net new functionality or for existing functionality improvements, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy
- Work with other members of the Customer Success, Engineering and Design teams to contribute to solutioning and engineering project scoping work
- Support the development of standard product management practices and processes
- Support ongoing prioritization of backlog and non-project work

*

## What do you need to be successful?
- 2+ years of product management experience in a B2B software company, ideally supporting similar industries (i.e. insurance, finance, etc.) and client profiles (i.e. enterprise accounts)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside of the box, consider potential solutions from many different sources and create unique yet elegantly simple solutions
- Product management experience that puts the end user front and center throughout the process from initial ideation and research through to launch
- Advanced prioritization skills with experience balancing many competing requirements to best leverage the finite resources of a small team and move fast from decision to measurement
- Strong organization and project management skills that allow you confidently and proactively manage deliverables and communicate status updates to leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences and convey complex or technical concepts
- A drive to take ownership of everything you do from start to finish and a goal-oriented mindset that drives you to deliver and achieve the KPIs and targets of your role

If you need accommodations during the hiring process, let us know at any time and we’ll make sure you’re set up for success.

## What’s in it for you?

We’re looking for the best of the best to join our team and in return, we invest in the things that are important to our team members including:

- 4 weeks of vacation for all employees to give you the time away from work you need
- Unlimited and flexible time off to help you rest and recover when you’re sick or to manage things that come up in your personal life
- Remote-first work environment that gives you the flexibility to work wherever you’re most productive
- $1,000 annual professional development budget so you can pursue growth in the areas related to your career goals
- Competitive total compensation package across salary, variable compensation and benefits
- A culture that focuses on collaboration, transparency and communication and that prioritizes employee feedback as we continue to make investments in our team
