**IT Sales Assistant**

**Summary**:
Use strong organizational skills and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity is required.

Accountable for drafting, reviewing, and editing time-sensitive correspondence sent by the sales team. Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Supports the I.T. sales team, sourcing product material, marketing information, creating quotes, and providing updates.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
- Produce accompanying marketing materials for presentation by I.T. sales team
- Provide general support to I.T. sales team.
- Compile and updates, and record keeping.
- Carry out various administrative duties to streamline sales processes.
- Provide administrative support to I.T sales team.
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees and clients at all times.
- Research and assist with all Requests for Proposals (RFP), Request for Information (RFI).
- Process completed sales orders and coordinate projects.
- File all electronic documents received in the job files.

**Requirements**:

- Secondary School Diploma required.
- Strong typing skills are required.
- Proficient use of various Microsoft Office 365 particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

**Work Conditions**
- Training will be provided.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Ability to conduct and attend presentations as required.
- Sitting for long periods.
- Extended periods of time working in front of a computer screen.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
