Si. Systems étend sa présence à Montréal Nous recherchons des professionnels de la vente optimistes et motivés qui cherchent à relever de nouveaux défis en tant que recruteurs stagiaires. Basé dans le quartier historique du Vieux-Montréal, le stagiaire recruteur travaillera avec le chargé de compte et le directeur général pour développer les affaires de cette nouvelle succursale. **Responsabilités professionnelles**:

- Établir un partenariat avec les chargés de compte pour fournir une liste restreinte d'embauches potentielles qualifiées
- Élaboration de stratégies et collaboration pour améliorer le processus de recrutement et accroître les marges brutes
- Assister aux réunions hebdomadaires avec l'équipe
- Assistez aux réunions avec les clients

**Qualifications**
- Doit être parfaitement à l'aise en français et en anglais, avec la capacité de communiquer clairement à l'écrit et à l'oral en français
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires OU Diplôme d'études secondaires plus 2 ans d'expérience de travail OU Diplôme d'études secondaires plus 2 ans de sports de compétition de haut niveau
- Aptitude avérée à travailler dans un environnement de vente et/ou de volume élevé
- Doit être capable de travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide avec un volume élevé et des délais serrés
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et délais, en priorisant les activités clés
- Capable d'apprendre et de suivre des normes et des processus éprouvés, en mettant l'accent sur la négociation
- A de la détermination, du courage et une capacité éprouvée à faire un effort supplémentaire
- Capacité éprouvée à travailler positivement dans un environnement d'équipe
