**Job Summary**:
The Training and Compliance Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs and compliance initiatives related to Toyota Service Management (TSM), the Kodawari process and Hyundai Signature. This role will ensure that all employees (Sales, Service and Parts) are adequately trained and that the dealership or service center adheres to the highest standards of operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and quality as defined by Toyota’s and Hyundai’s global standards and you will report to the Director of Fixed Operations

**Responsibilities**:
**Training Program Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with TSM, Kodawari principles and Hyundai Signature.
- Design training materials, manuals, and resources to support effective learning.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for all levels of employees, focusing on service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with regional managers and dealership leadership to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.

**Compliance Monitoring**:

- Ensure that all operational procedures comply with TSM, Kodawari standards and Hyundai Signature.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor adherence to compliance requirements.
- Identify gaps in compliance and develop corrective action plans to address any deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records of training and compliance activities and report findings to senior management.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employees to identify and implement improvements in service processes.
- Work closely with department heads to integrate TSM, Kodawari standards and Hyundai Signature principles into daily operations.
- Lead Kaizen initiatives to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on training and compliance activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to TSM, Kodawari standards and Hyundai Signature.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and the impact of training programs on overall business performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in automotive technology, and training methodologies to enhance training programs.
- Manage training budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to optimize training delivery and outcomes.

**Qualifications**_**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training and compliance role, preferably within the automotive industry or a similar service-focused environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Toyota Service Management (TSM) and the Kodawari process is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, products, and dealership operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence others to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs using various methods, including e-learning platforms and instructor-led training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Certifications in automotive training (e.g., ASE certifications, manufacturer-specific training certifications) are a plus.
