We're seeking an exceptional individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead the creation of a brand-new bakery project from the ground up, with a primary focus on crafting the best artisanal bread in town

**About the Role**:
As the Bakery Head Chef, you'll be the creative mastermind behind this exciting project. From designing the menu to strategically placing every machine, you'll be in charge of shaping the entire bakery experience, with an unwavering commitment to producing the best artisanal bread in town. Your decisions will impact everything, from the baking process to ingredient selection, all while instilling an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Designing a delectable and diverse menu
- Planning the layout and flow of the bakery
- Selecting the right machines for optimal efficiency
- Crafting the baking process timeline
- Deciding on staffing needs and recruitment of top-notch bakers
- Setting and upholding top-quality standards for consistent product excellence

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
