**Working at Fanshawe College**Note**:This is a full-time Support position (35 hours per week).**Duties**:Reporting to the Supervisor, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the Client Engagement Representative - SCWI (School-College-Work Initiative), provides operational support in the execution of Continuing Education strategic initiatives, focusing on client engagement. This position supports the activities in our School College Work Initiative programs across the School of Access Studies and Regional Delivery.**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary 2-year diploma in Office Administration, Human Services, Business/Communications, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience gained as a team player in a customer service environment, working with invoices, financial reports and budget documents
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Experience with corporate record systems preferred (e.g., Datatel Colleague, a Customer Relationship Management system)
- Knowledge of higher education is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work within time constraints
- Demonstrated problem-solving and effective communication skills
