**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate and sell Agricultural new and used equipment.
- Promote other goods, or services, that the Company has to offer.
- Call on new customers and attract new business
- Assist with demonstrations and training customers on new equipment operation
- Keep abreast of business trends that will affect customer purchases.
- Attend trade shows, training and community events as required
- Keep current on product knowledge, features and benefits of all equipment

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Previous role with sales experience
- A competitive, self-starter, who is disciplined and goal orientated.
- Excellent communication skills with good listening skills, necessary to determine the needs of our customers.
- Good organization and time management skills are required.
- Familiarity with current farming practices and Precision Agriculture.
- Knowledge of Agricultural Equipment/Farming would be an asset.
