**About Us**:Renewal Development, an innovative home relocation and repurposing company, is building a Responsible Home Removal Division.

We are looking for a well-organized, hardworking, collaborative, abatement and demolition General Manager with ten plus years of site clearing project management experience to oversee a variety of projects throughout Metro Vancouver.

The General Manager will build and lead a team to execute our responsible removal sites.

With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, we pride ourselves on our exceptional team and the projects we manage. Renewal is experience strong dynamic growth. Company annual revenue of $15M.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage demolition and abatement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Conduct site assessments and risk analyses to identify potential challenges and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of project documentation, including permits, reports, and safety plans.
- Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors, providing direction and support as needed.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project finances, including tracking expenses, forecasting budgets, and processing invoices.

**Qualifications**:

- Five plus years’ experience in project management within the demolition and abatement industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Ten (10) years’ experience with environmental remediation and hazardous material abatement.
- Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in British Columbia.

**Job Details**:

- $115,000 - 135,000 / year base salary (based on relevant experience) plus benefits.
- 40 hrs / wk.
- This position is largely site based with occasional meetings at the Renewal Office: 165 W 4th Ave, Vancouver.
