We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team and provide support for multiple companies. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dispatching Orders & Scheduling Crews
- Organizing and maintaining files and records for multiple companies
- Invoicing (Sending & Receiving) for multiple companies
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Assisting with special projects and events as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Google Drive / Google Sheets and other office software

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
