Avantune is a digital company that develops loT and AI enabled business solutions. The company has designed an innovative platform based on big data and artificial intelligence to help manufacturing companies prevent risk of failure in production process, monitor processes, plant and machines with digital sensors.

This person is expected to develop new clients in North America (Canada) for company solution with a clear focus on digital manufacturing and industry 4.0. Please describe clearly in your resume about your understanding of this topics and relevant experience in the manufacturing industry (automation, cam, sensor, plm or similar solutions).

Base salary oof 55K plus commission, no cap; annual income is expected $120/140K.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**The responsibilities and accountabilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Reach out potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Handles and responds to customer complaints.
- Analyze customer profile data to identify business development opportunities
- Identify key customer needs and business objectives and align them with Avantune’s products and services.
- Efficiently and effectively manage daily communication flow with customers and internal team members.
- All other duties assigned by management.

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Knowledge of digital manufacturing and industry 4.0 solutions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to recognize opportunities by reviewing customer profile data.

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum of 4 years in an outside sales role in the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree (benefit: Bachelor of Science)
- Experience in business-to-business sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
