Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm

**Why this role is important?**

We are hiring a Pharmacy Services Innovation Summer Student to support strategic projects within the Pharmacy Services space. Reporting to the Director, Pharmacy Services Innovation, this role will collaborate on components of the strategic planning and execution of high priority enterprise initiatives, with a specific focus on expanding and optimizing Pharmacist Led Clinics.

In this role you will support with key initiatives and work closely with our pharmacy and healthcare business leads, as well as the operations, data & analytics and information technology teams, to identify, structure and guide Pharmacist Led Clinic opportunities into viable solutions for strategic growth.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support with components of the Pharmacist Led Clinic strategy and operations
- Focus on patient and pharmacist experiences to optimize Pharmacist Led Clinic workflows
- Support with managing detailed execution plans across cross-enterprise, cross-functional teams both centrally and with Pharmacy Teams
- Collaborate on day-to-day coordination of large cross-functional, cross-enterprise Pharmacist Led Clinic projects and initiatives, resolving issues as needed
- Support the execution and project management of new opportunities in the Pharmacist Led Clinics
- Support with data analysis to optimize clinic delivery

**What You’ll Need**:

- Completing a university degree with a concentration in Business / Health Sciences / Pharmacy, preferred
- Prior experience in strategic planning and execution in the healthcare sector preferred
- Prior experience with data analysis
- Background or interest in healthcare innovation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent power point and excel skills
- Ability to be proactive on deliverables
- Ability to work within a dynamic rapidly growing and evolving environment
- Ability to work with cross-functional departments to achieve business goals
- Ability to understand and interest in healthcare / Pharmacy regulatory frameworks and healthcare / Pharmacy ecosystem
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
