**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an accomplished Assistant Vice President to join our regulatory services team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As part of our Montreal team you will:

- Be involved in the provision of FATCA and CRS, and Economic services, including the collection and review of documentation for, as well as review and approval of, the on-boarding and classification of account holders in accordance with FATCA and CRS standards for a portfolio of clients
- Collection and review of information, preparation and submission of FATCA and CRS and Economic Substance annual filings
- Duties will include liaison with clients (internal and external), investors, investment managers, colleagues and other third parties in various international jurisdictions.

**What You Bring**
- University graduate, preferably with an accounting or finance degree, and an excellent academic background
- At least three years relevant experience in FATCA/CRS or relevant regulatory services in the investment funds industry and have a good understanding of FATCA and CRS regulatory requirements
- Experience in working with account holder due diligence and reporting for reporting financial institutions under FATCA and CRS is preferred.
- In addition, he/she will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret documentation in line with specific requirements.
- He/she will have the ability to use initiative, be self-motivated and able to work independently, and work well under pressure to complete high volumes of work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required.
