We are looking for a client-focused and dynamic
**Deskside Consultant **for our
**Edmonton** branch to work at the client site. You will contribute to the business by providing support to end users’ queries related to their software, hardware, and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Assist end-users with questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
- Monitor the performance of clients’ desktop infrastructure and device plans for improved efficiency
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a variety of environments
- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue

**What You Bring**:

- 4+ years of technical support experience
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
- Experience with the following:

- Supporting a Microsoft environment in a deskside support role
- Microsoft Office 2010/2013/O365
- Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Remote support
- PC / printer hardware/VPN/Citrix
- Active Directory
- Supporting mobile devices
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals like printers
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
