Clifton is currently searching for an IT Operations Analyst to join our Calgary office. As part of Clifton’s IT Team, you will join a skilled team which supports the organization’s information technology environment. This role will consist mainly of desktop support but will also include general infrastructure and operations activities. You will support a largely cloud-based infrastructure, as well as an increasingly mobile workforce. This position is currently partially remote.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Track and resolve support requests through the corporate IT support system.
- Support and maintain the corporate desktop environment.
- Support and maintain the corporate mobile environment.
- Manage software systems such as Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and Zoom.
- Assist with IT Operations projects as required.
- Other duties, as required.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience with PowerShell and Python considered an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Experience supporting modern operating systems (desktop and mobile).
- General knowledge of networking and IT security principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong multitasking ability.
- Ability to travel occasionally within Canada (10%).
- Ability to move a variety of IT equipment weighing up to 20lbs.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
