Embroidery Assistant

Are you tech savvy, organized, efficient, a quick learner and a hard worker? Do you like to work in a team environment, have great time management, prioritizing and organizational skills? Then IFR Workwear Inc. wants you for our Embroidery Assistant position.

Functions & Responsibilities
- Constant communication with team members.
- Keep track of inventory, consumables, and supplies.
- Operating embroidery machines, sublimation machine, vision machine and cutter.
- Read and understand work instruction documents and ensure it matches garments.
- Work within established efficiency and quality standards to ensure embroidery work is completed accurately and timely.
- Some warehouse work.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to work well with others or individually.
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with staff at all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter who takes initiatives on tasks and shows a willingness to learn.
- Graphics and Corel Draw experience is an asset.
- Print experience is an asset.
- Background in manufacturing is an asset.
- Customer Service experience would be an asset.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time on concrete
- Lifting.
