**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Lead the team of maintenance technicians.- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and PM procedures.- CMMS: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory of spare parts on computerized maintenance management systems- Conduct regular inspections of the facility, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, to identify any maintenance or repair needs.- Assign routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating equipment, maintaining conveyor belts, and inspecting fire safety systems.- Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues, such as leaks, HVAC, and equipment malfunctions.- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or maintenance services.- Monitor and maintain the safety of common areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.- Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment or systems as needed.- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in maintenance techniques.

**What We Are Looking For**:
- Bilingual in French and English will be required.- Mechanical / Electrical diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.- Proven experience as a maintenance lead or a similar role.- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred.- Strong knowledge of facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety.- Proficient in troubleshooting and repair techniques for facility-related issues.- Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety procedures.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.- Effective communication skills to interact with team members, contractors, and vendors.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required.

**What You Can Expect**- Physical ability to lift up to 50lb (~23kg).- Travel to the site and off-site locations will be required.- Safety equipment / PPE will be required when working on the production floor, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, smock/coat, gloves, etc.- Working after-hours as required.- Hazards associated with the trade.- Will be exposed to construction sites during any renovation- Will be working in temperature-controlled environments- An inclusive, fun workplace filled with fantastic colleagues.
