You will be reporting to and communicating daily with the National Transportation Manager.

**Your day-to-day activities will include**:

- Abide by and observe all safety procedures and company policies.
- Driver and delivery evaluations.
- Daily reviewing of driver pre and post trip inspections, follow up between mechanical shops and drivers on all minor and major repairs.
- Hours of Service reviews and Compliance
- Tracking of tractor, tanker and trailer repairs, maintenance and annual inspections.
- Regular travel required to visit and review all sites and their fleet status in Ontario and Nationally.
- GMP, BRC and MTO compliance.
- Delivery of bulk flour to our customers located in Ontario in case of an emergency only.
- Monthly Compliance reporting
- Possession of an Ontario Class AZ license along with a clear drivers abstract and medical in good standing.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience is required.
- Two years of bulk tanker experience preferred.
- Understanding and working knowledge of quality control practices and procedures as per BRC regulations preferred.
- Have experience working with e-log systems.
- _ Working knowledge of legal regulations, Ontario Highway Traffic act and hours of service requirements._
- _ Experience with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) is considered an asset. _
- _Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and high proficiency in Excel)_
- _ Ability to independently handle multiple projects. _
- _High level of analytical and problem-solving skills _
