Fleet Administrator/ Project Coordinator

The Hughson Group is a Kingston based company that specializes in road side safety products, barrier wall and noise walls, overhead sign foundation, drilling and fencing. As the industry continues to thrive, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to handle our fleet administration and assist in overall project management. As a Project Coordinator your wage will be based on your experience.

**Job Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Track and evaluate daily inspection and e-logs of drivers as per MTO requirements
- Assist drivers and mechanics in proper function of E-Log equipment and correct documentation on board
- Reviewing drawings, Call in locates for construction projects and check for accuracy and conflicts
- Collaborate with Service ON and MTO to ensure company stays compliant
- Stockpile management and site transaction
- Researching for new bids, estimate and quote creation

**The right person for the job must have**:

- CSA Approved Steel-toe shoes
- Administrative experience, primarily in a construction setting
- Ability to work safely in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, knowledge of computers, tablets and MS Office software
- Ability to follow directions from supervisor and work independently in office setting
- Auto-CAD, project management and locating would be assets
- Good Driver's Abstract, DZ or AZ license would be an asset
