Junior IT Technician

**AWIN Head Office i**s looking for a Junior IT Technician to join our amazing team

We are looking for an experienced, master multi-tasker with excellent technician skills.

The Information and Technology department plays an essential role on the business team, typically implementing hardware and software solutions to business problems. The IT personnel holds a professional position in such areas as client/server or Web development, systems analysis and network administration.

**Core Accountabilities**
- Wiping, rebuilding, and provisioning PCs and laptops for new deployment.
- Support various technological projects to improve operations.
- Escalate issues to the next Tier as required.

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science or related degree
- In-depth knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
- Good understanding of Windows Active Directory services and Windows Domain enviornments
- Strong technical skills
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly thorough, accurate, detail-oriented, and well-organized team player
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical employees
