**Marketing Specialist - Luxury Flooring Products**

Are you a results-oriented, hands-on marketer that is looking for an opportunity to grow a brand?

Khayeri Flooring is looking for a full-time marketing specialist to lead all of our digital, social and traditional marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a smart, collaborative marketer with an eye for design and a passion for luxury.

We can guarantee this: our products are epic You will love to create content and campaigns that showcase luxury homes and design trends on our social channels

Your challenge, if you choose to accept it, is to dramatically grow brand awareness for Khayeri Flooring with luxury homebuilders, developers, designers and architects. In this role, you will be showcasing the latest hardwood flooring design trends on social media, running VIP events, and developing our community of designers, builders, and architects.

This is a hands-on role. You will be a one person marketing herd This means all marketing goes through you — from planning to design to execution. Are you up for the challenge?

**What to Expect**:
In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of Khayeri’s marketing:

- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and engagement with luxury homebuilders, developers, designers, and architects.
- Implement a social marketing strategy that emphasizes the latest hardwood flooring trends. The key markets are Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Linked-In.
- Create, edit and post compelling luxury content marketing assets such as Videos, Reels, Photos, Blog posts for all our channels.
- Event planning for trade shows, industry events, and VIP meetings at our showroom.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards to communicate results and provide a basis upon which to make strategic decisions to continuously improve.
- Develop and implement demand generation campaigns and workflows to grow our sales pipeline.
- Understand the competitive landscape — be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned; develop strategies and tactics to grow market share.
- Maintain the website with new content, regular updates, and optimize pages for SEO.
- Come up with new ideas for business development, lead generation, and growing the social media community.
- Vendor management with all marketing, web and advertising partners.
- Research and identify potential influencers, events, and prospects.

As well as lots of other activities. This role is all about the tactical execution of marketing, and you will be responsible for it all.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years as a B2B marketing specialist or marketing manager.
- You can push around pixels to update marketing collateral in Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva. You’ve worked with designers to create new assets and templates, but you don’t hesitate to update or create your own when required.
- Proven track record in social media marketing and digital marketing. You know all the platforms like the back of your hand (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter).
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal. You are brilliant with words.
- Excellent project management and administrative skills. You bring order and structure to busy work environments.
- High attention to detail. You work through the details and don’t let anything fall through the cracks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. You’re nice, fun to work with, and customers love you.
- Self-starter, independent and proactive.

**Other things we are considering**:

- Experience managing and scheduling content in social channels using social scheduling tools and / or marketing automation.
- You’re an excellent communicator and storyteller. You’ve got a portfolio of writing and marketing samples to back it up.
- High attention to detail — you don’t publish content with mistakes — and you’re a self-motivated marketer that gets things done.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
