**Risk Management & Business Reporting Analyst**

As a **Risk Management & Business Reporting Analyst,** you will plan, coordinate, and document the project risk management process. Using your strong facilitation and quantitative analysis skills, you will ensure that risks are identified, evaluated, quantified, mitigated, and monitored following corporate policies and procedures. You will work with functional areas to identify business areas what can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes.

This role will be based in **Mississauga, ON.**

**Your role within the Team**:

- Risk Workshops._
- Lead risk identification workshops with multiple levels of the project team_._
- Work with management and joint venture partners to develop problem solving risk mitigation_._
- Partner with project team to monitor risk mitigations_._
- Work closely with planners to understand delivery expectations, identify potential risks and link risks to schedule activities_._
- Maintain a project risk register and ensure that the project risk profile is accurate and current_._
- Risk Reporting & Quantitative Analysis._
- Analyzing risk and safety data to determine trends and key areas of focus_._
- Strengthen risk reporting using statistical analysis_._
- Prepare internal and external progress reports to multiple stakeholders_._
- Generate lessons learned reports relating to risks_._
- Conduct risk evaluation using both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods_._
- Risk Management Process Activities._
- Own the proposal/project risk management process and prepare risk management plans_._
Liaise with the Engineering Risk and Insurance group to establish insurable risk profile_._
- Provide risk management training when required_._
- Continuously look for improvements to the risk management process_._
- Support the team when project is peer reviewed_._
- Administer the project risk management process and prepare risk management plans_._
- Implement risk management activities in compliance with best business practice and corporate procedures_._
- Utilize corporate systems and tools to support processes.
- Business Reporting_
- Sourcing reporting requirements to inform reporting structures.
- Identifying and prioritising the organisation’s functional and technical needs and requirements based on collecting inputs from various Line of Business stakeholders on reporting requirements.
- Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and transform into a scope of work to be developed by AtkinsRéalis UK and GTC, etc.,
- Implement a reporting framework by pulling Power BI and Excel data into dashboards.
- Ability to analyse large data sets and focus on key areas for communication to senior and executive leadership.
- Understanding business strategies, goals, and requirements.

- 3-5 years of experience in risk management and 8 years of combined experience in the Engineering and Construction industry, either in Project Management, Contract Management, Engineering Management, Project Controls Management or Procurement Management.
- Previous experience working on a mega project (+ $1billion, P3 projects).
- Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent facilitation skills.
- Persuasive strength with ability to motivate and lead.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
