**Corporate Risk & Disclosure Manager**

Bayer is committed to a flexible hybrid working environment. This position can be located in Mississauga, Ontario or Calgary, Alberta.

**What you will do**:
Monitors, follows-up and analyses all activities to fulfill the necessary tasks to be compliant with internal and Canadian disclosure regulations and process. Facilitates a holistic risk management process for the country, focusing on driving proactive and effective risk activities. This role contributes to the protection of Bayer in Canada against risks that could interfere with Bayer’s objectives, reputation and business activities.

**Disclosure Management**:

- Execute and implement global guidelines and procedures provided by GPO
- Monitor of activities in healthcare sector for Transfer-of-Value (ToV) to Healthcare Professionals and Organizations
- Guarantee reliable Transfer-of-Value data for indirect payments (outside standard systems / indirect ToV or in case of exceptions)
- Answer queries related to Transfer-of-Value from Healthcare Professionals and Organizations
- Responsible for Consent Management process (incl. archiving documents)
- Support and train Business Units and support functions (using templates contents/upload/download processes)
- Support Event Management Operations for all possible Healthcare Professional requests on ToV, documentation

**Risk Management**:

- Provide leadership to businesses and functions to ensure ongoing identification, assessment and monitoring of risk, and partner to develop plans and processes to understand, accept or mitigate risk.
- Support local policies (MARGO) process and consult with organization to ensure local policies align with global regulations, Canadian environment and local business practices.
- As Local MARGO Unit, coordinate local adoption and implementation of Global regulations and ensure local enactment decisions and implementation measures are completed, tracked, and reported.
- Review and monitor internal regulations to ensure they are reflective of current business processes, adequately addressing risk exposure and compliance.
- Support local monitoring of Integrated Compliance Management and align with local owners to ensure compliance controls are implemented and effective.
- Support audit activities through preparation for audit activities and consulting on remediation and implementation of audit recommendations.
- Work with auditees on the adequacy of proposed actions identified in internal audit reports; monitor implementation of action plans to ensure risk mitigation efforts are proceeding as required.

**Strategic**:

- Identify possible gaps within the local Transfer-of-Value processes and correct them with training, communication - Implement and support correction processes for discrepancy and dispute requests from Healthcare Professionals and Organizations
- Monitoring Attestation process and implement processes if gaps occur
- Make sure that all SOP and Guidelines related to Transfer-of-Value are implemented/trained Governance
- Comply with global governance for standard processes and implement them at a local level
- Ensure compliance based on internal and external regulations
- Monitoring, identification and treatment of risks before they materialize and impact our businesses or reputation Respect for the audit process, ensure action is taken on findings, and appropriate remediation steps are implemented consistent with findings and recommendations

**Who you are**:

- Post-secondary degree in business administration, marketing, economics or an equivalent qualification is preferred; or completed training as an event manager or a degree in Event Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience successfully developing, executing and monitoring reporting processes
- Knowledge in the field of reporting technology, audit processes and risk evaluation
- Knowledge of national and/or international regulatory policies (e.g. Pharma Code such as IMC Code, EFPIA, IFPMA)
- Ability to quickly grasp inter-relationships and dependencies between
